Seven Adani Group companies gained ₹78,395 crore in market cap this week, with Adani Green Energy Ltd (gained market cap worth ₹18,868 crores) taking the lead followed by Adani Total Gas Ltd (gained market cap worth ₹18,345 crores).
In Friday's trading session, Adani Enterprises Ltd was the top Nifty 50 loser (down nearly 3%). The stock continued to witness sell-off in today's trade after the National Stock Exchange (NSE) placed the company under the framework of short-term additional surveillance mechanism (ASM) on Thursday. During the entire week, the stock gained about 0.9%.
Shares of Adani Wilmar Ltd slumped 4.5% on Friday, after rising for seven straight consecutive sessions. During the whole week, the stock gained 8.5%.
Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd (up 0.09%) managed to closed in the green today after being a part of the top Nifty 50 losers in the early trade, whereas, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Adani Total Gas Ltd, Adani Transmission Ltd, Adani Power Ltd each closed 5% higher.

NSE also placed Adani Power and Adani Wilmar under the framework of the short-term ASM on Thursday.
The promoters of Adani Transmission and Adani Green Energy on March 6 pledged equity of 0.76 percent and 0.99 percent, respectively, in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company, a unit of State Bank of India (SBI).
Last week, GQG Partners acquired 21 crore shares worth ₹15,446 crore in four Adani Group companies – Adani Enterprises Ltd, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, Adani Green Energy Ltd, and Adani Transmission Ltd via a block deal.
Seven Adani Group companies gained ₹129,545 crore market cap last week, with Adani Enterprises (gained market cap worth ₹61,531 crores) at the top of the list followed by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (gained market cap worth ₹33,764 crores).
