Aavas Financiers Limited is an India-based housing finance company. The Company is engaged in providing the home loans to the customers belonging to low- and middle-income segment in semi urban and rural areas. The Company’s offerings include home loan, plot and home construction loan, home improvement loan, home loan balance transfer, loan against property, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) loan, emergency credit line guarantee scheme, and small ticket size (STS) loan. It offers customers home loans for the purchase or construction of residential properties, and for the extension and repair of existing housing units. It also offers other mortgage loans, including loans against property. The Company operates in markets, such as Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha and Karnataka.
