Delta Corp Limited is an India-based holding company that is engaged in the casino (live, electronic, and online) gaming industry in India. The Company operates through three segments: Casino Gaming Division, Online Skill Gaming Division and Hospitality Division. It operates in Goa, Daman, Gurgaon, Sikkim and Nepal in the Casino Gaming, Hospitality and Online Skill Gaming segment through its subsidiaries. It owns and operates casinos in India, in the states of Goa and Sikkim and an international casino in Nepal, offering approximately 2,000 gaming positions. It is also engaged in the online gaming space through Deltatech Gaming Limited, which operates the online poker site, Adda52.com. It operates Deltin Royale and Deltin JAQK offshore casinos, and Deltin Caravela, a floating hotel with a casino in India. It also operates the Casino Deltin Denzong in Gangtok, Sikkim. The Company owns about two hotels and a villa in Goa and one hotel in Daman.
