The Company provides long term finance to individuals for the purchase or construction of house/flat for residential purposes in India. It also provides finance on existing property for business/ personal needs and also gives loans to professionals for purchase/ construction of clinics/nursing homes/ diagnostic centers/ office space and also for purchase of equipment. It offers a range of housing loans, such as home loans, plot loans, home improvement loan, home construction loan, home extension loan, top up loans, home loan for non-resident Indian (NRI), home loan for pensioners, Griha Suvidha Home loan and more. Its other loans include loan against property, loan against security, loan to professionals and loan against property for companies and loan under rental securitization.
