Divgi TorqTransfer Systems IPO 
lists at a premium of 5% on NSE

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Ltd. shares were listed on the bourses at a premium on Tuesday.

The stock was listed at rupee 620 per share on NSE and rupee 600 per share on BSE, higher than the issue price.

The public offer was subscribed 5.44 times.

IPO received fantastic response from QIBs, retail investors, and non-institutional investors.

The price band was fixed at rupees 560 to 590 per equity share.

It comprised of a fresh issue of equity shares valued at 180 crore and an OFS of 39.34 lakh shares valued at  232 crore.

Net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to fund capital expenditure requirements and to manage general corporate purposes.

Inga Ventures Private Ltd and Equirus Capital Private Ltd were the BRLMs of the issue.
