Up 163% since March'20, HDFC Sec sees 40% upside in this realty stock

HDFC Sec retained is bullish on Kolte Patil Developers (KPDL) as demand for premium housing has gathered momentum post Covid.

The brokerage said that it remains constructive on the stock's growth story.

It has maintained its ‘buy’ call with a target price of rupees 380, indicating a potential upside of over 40%.

The stock gained 163% from its COVID-low of rupees 103, hit in March 2020, to currently trade around rupees 270.  

However, it is down 7% in the last 1 year and around 3% this year so far.


HDFC said KPDL is expected to achieve 2700 cr presales in FY24, helped by robust priority launches worth 5700 cr.

As of Dec’22, consolidated net debt stood at 58 crore, lower than 190 crore in Sept’22, it added.
