1. Franklin MF received ₹1,398 crore as payment from Vodafone Idea for investment in its debt instruments. Investors in the segregated portfolios would receive payout in proportion to their holdings in the plans of the respective segregated schemes.
2. SEBI in a circular halved the listing timeline for IPOs from T+6 to T+3 days. The new timeframe will be optional for public issues commencing after Sept 1 and mandatory for the issues commencing after Dec 1.
