Shares of Sancode Technologies Ltd listed on the BSE SME exchange at a premium on Tuesday. The stock hit upper circuit of ₹62.50 per share and lower circuit of ₹60.80 per share during the intraday session.
The stock was listed at ₹64 per share, 36.2 percent higher than the issue price on the BSE SME exchange.
The stock hit a high of ₹67.20 , and a low of ₹64, on the BSE SME, at 10:00 IST.
The issue was subscribed to 3.39 times in the retail category and 3.98 times in other categories on Day 4 of the subscription period. The issue was subscribed 3.68 times. On Day 3, the issue was subscribed 1.41 times. On Days 2 and 1, 48% and 9%, respectively.
The public issue opened for bidding on Friday, March 31 and closed on Thursday, April 6.
The SME company fixed the issue price at ₹47 per share.
An applicant may submit their application in lots, with each lot including 3,000 company shares.
A retail investor may invest up to one lot, which translates to a minimum and maximum investment limit of Rs. 1.41 lakh ( ₹47 x 3000) in the BSE SME IPO.
An applicant would be able to apply in lots and one lot will comprise 3000 company shares.
Through 1,095,000 new issues, the SME company aims to generate ₹5.15 crore. The issue's proceeds will be put to meet working capital needs and general business objectives.
