Its by-products of the sugar making process include molasses, bagasse, and press mud. The by-product molasses is used in distilleries for the manufacture of alcohol and ethanol. The Company's manufacturing units include Upper Doab Sugar Mills and Shamli Distillery and Chemical Works. It has approximately two manufacturing units consisting of one sugar unit, which is Upper Doab Sugar Mills, Shamli, District-Shamli, Uttar Pradesh and one distillery unit, which includes Shamli Distillery and Chemical Works, Shamli, District - Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The Company's crushing capacity of the Upper Doab Sugar Mills plant at Shamli is 600 tons of cane per day (TCD) per day.
